Location Manager

HOUSTON   OPERATIONS   FULL-TIME   PART-TIME The Valet Parking Location Manager will oversee all valet drivers at one our locations and assist the general manager with necessary tasks. Providing prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly vehicle care and delivery to all valet customers of the facility. Will greet guests and ensure timely service.

Responsibilities:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to use good judgment when dealing with difficult situations.

Responsible for direct supervision of valet staff.

Maintaining excellent customer service levels at all times

Recommends and administers disciplinary action as necessary.

Scheduling of personnel for assigned shifts, and calling in additional staff should the need arise.

Report all situations that require attention to the management team.

Ensure that employees are abiding by all company policies and procedures at all times.
